How we roast

No flames. No guesswork.

Good coffee is made or broken in the roast. Ours is roasted to order on precision kit — clean, consistent, and rested so it lands at its best.

Roasted to order

Every bag is roasted the day it ships, on a fully-computerised Loring roaster that holds the profile to within a tenth of a degree. Never off a shelf.

Hot air, not naked flame

The beans roast in an oxygen-free chamber, moved the whole way through by paddles — no scorching, no bitterness off the drum. Just a cleaner, smoother cup.

Rested, not rushed

Fresh coffee throws off CO₂, so we let it breathe — de-stoned, magnet-checked and rested — so it’s ready to brew the moment it lands.

Lighter on the land

The roaster runs on up to 80% less gas than conventional kit. Strong coffee, smaller footprint.
