Where we ship
We currently ship to mainland UK only. We don’t ship internationally or to BFPO addresses yet. Some non-mainland areas (Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands) may take longer or carry a small surcharge — this is shown at checkout.
Free delivery
Free UK delivery on orders over £25 (or over 3kg). Under that, pick the service that suits — tracked from £2.25.

Roasted to order
Your coffee is roasted and bagged when you order, so it leaves us fresh rather than off a shelf. Orders placed before our daily cut-off are dispatched the next working day; orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays roast on the next working day.
Tracking
Your order is fully tracked — you’ll get a tracking link by email and text, with a delivery window on the day for courier orders and tracking to the door on Royal Mail. If something goes astray, get in touch and we’ll chase it down.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, see our returns & refunds page or contact us within 14 days and we’ll put it right.
